Lynn NeswoldInterior Designer, Allied Member ASID Des Moines Iam allowed the privilege of helping my clients create their own sense of home for their family. And I love what I do! My approach to each project is to really listen to the client and even the space itself and take inspiration from both. From the initial meeting to the project’s end it will be a team effort. I have no set agenda at the start - each room and client is unique and deserves to be heard and expressed. I go beyond the obvious and pull a variety of styles and ideas to make it better than before. The greatest compliment you can receive is when someone says your home really suits you. That means I have done my part in shaping your own sense of HOME that you share with the world. Enjoy. email: lneswold@themansion-interiors.com |

Bill Van VlieteInterior Designer, ASID Des Moines I graduated from the University of Iowa and am a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). Experience has offered me not only the obvious advantage of gathering a great breadth of interior design knowledge but also the ability to weigh up the value I’ve brought to my clients through skillful listening and prompt response. I’ve found that everyone has style and color inclinations and once identified, the base is set for a winning outcome. My most successful projects have been the result of easy and open conversations with my clients where I listen closely to discover their preferences, lifestyle and goals. With this information and my knowledge of the market place, I find solutions, which are both creative and unexpected. As one of The Mansion’s team of professional interior designers, I have endless options of "to the trade only" resources, which help me produce my trademark one-of-a-kind projects. The best part of my 40-year profession is that the clients and jobs are never the same. Every day brings new experiences, new people, and new information. Can it get much better? email: bvanvliete@themansion-interiors.com |

Meghan BlumInterior Designer, Allied Member ASID Des Moines Itruly believe design can make a difference. When a client asks me to work on their home, the process is about more than decoration. It is about showing people how to live better and enjoy their home. Design is my passion! I love furniture, objects, art, and the amazing thrill you get when you put them together in just the right, unexpected way! I went to Iowa State University and got my BFA in Interior Design. It was there that I learned many valuable skills, one of which is to never stop looking. I am constantly aware of my surroundings and the little details that go along with them. I notice the relief on a chair and how that might make a wonderful profile in a room’s molding. I appreciate the way a trim lays on a window treatment or simply an impressive color combination. Everything around me is inspiration and it is with that inspiration I am able to help clients achieve the room they’ve always wanted! I am able to take clients by the hand, and enthusiastically reassure them that with the right information, design plan, and attitude, you can overcome challenges and artfully achieve the ultimate goal - a perfect blend of beauty and comfort. I ask a lot of questions & listen carefully to their answers, because then I can figure out exactly what they need. People enjoy my enthusiasm for design, and I enjoy sharing my ideas with them! Design is the prefect blend of knowledge, skill, inspiration, and creativity! email: mblum@themansion-interiors.com |

Becky RogersShowroom Manager/Designer Des Moines Over the past 15 years, I have had the pleasure of applying my visual and spatial talents to create interiors with warmth, charm, and attention to the fine details. I appreciate the repurposing of objects so as to use old and new treasures together. I love the challenge and excitement in making a space come alive thru color, pattern, and unexpected arrangement of furnishings. As a graduate from Iowa State University, I have worn many hats within the interior design industry. From visual merchandising, to window treatment design, to furnishing a home, I have found one common thread….Good design is built on the relationship between the designer, the client, and the space. Projects I find most rewarding are those in which a space is transformed so much that the client now utilizes and enjoys it to its fullest potential. Having the right combination of a designer’s touch and the client’s personal style makes this truly possible. email: brogers@themansion-interiors.com |
